We would like to take a moment to reiterate the purpose and guidelines of Fidelity Cares, our employee assistance program, to ensure that everyone is on the same page.

Fidelity Cares Rewards Program

We would like to remind everyone about the purpose and integrity of the Fidelity Cares Assistance Program, which has been established to provide support to employees who are facing hardship. A successful tip that results in criminal charges being laid from suspicious or fraudulent activity related to the Fidelity Cares Program could earn you a reward of R10,000.00

At Fidelity Cares we are committed to supporting our employees during challenging times. We recognise that there may be situations where individuals within the Group require assistance, and we want to do everything in our power to help them.

The Fidelity Cares QR code is now a standard feature on all pay slips. This means that employees can now easily access donor application forms, request for assistance and other Fidelity Cares resources with just a scan of a smartphone.

Herewith an update (22 August 2023) on the Fidelity Cares program, specifically focusing on the benefits that have been extended to individuals across the four major pillars of hardship.

Our primary aim is to ensure that injured employees can easily establish contact with their loved ones during their time of need.
