This page is to assist you when you have questions about FESS (Fidelity Employee Self Service). Once you installed the latest version of FESS on your mobile device, you can refer back to this page at any stage for any questions you might have. FESS is YOUR portal to all things Fidelity and will provide access to your pay slips, time and attendance, new jobs and give you a direct line to submit a query to payroll, report fraud or incidents and reach the right department for all your queries.

How do I know that I'm using the latest version?
Check for updates within the app store to confirm they have the most
recent version installed. Use the provided links above based on your service
provider.

How to verify that my cell phone number is correct on our SAP system?
Kindly reach out to your HR or Payroll department.

Where can I find my company number?
Company number information is provided on payslips, or alternatively, you can reach out to your HR or Payroll department for assistance.

What is the correct format of my company number?
Your company number comprises seven (7) digits, excluding a leading zero, and always starts with the digit 1.

How many digits are there in my company number?
Seven (7).

How many digits are there in my ID number?
Your identification number comprises thirteen (13) digits. For employees using passport numbers, please ensure that you input the accurate number as recorded in our SAP system.

Which email address should I use after my initial logon to FESS?
Consistently use the email address you initially registered with on FESS.

How do I change my cell phone number?
Navigate to payroll Services on FESS, click on Queries, and under
Queries, select Query Type and then select Update my cell phone
number. Your Payroll department will promptly notify you through notifications once the number has been updated, enabling you to log in and use the new cell phone number, or, alternatively, you can reach out to your HR or Payroll department for assistance.

How do I change my email address?
To update your email address, you must first log into FESS using the
original email you used during registration as a FESS user. Once
logged in, navigate to the "My Profile" section, then select "Manage
Profile" and enter the new email address you desire to use. Ensure
there are no white spaces after the email address.

Is it permissible to log in using a colleague's cell phone on FESS?
No, this is not allowed. Authentication is based on cell phone details linked to a specific employee thus enhancing security so it is important that you use yourown device which number is linked to your profile in SAP.
